JUST IN: HE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY AGAIN DUE TO HIS LAG CONDITION………..

In Round 4 against Manly we celebrated Junior Rugby League in our catchment with Junior League Appreciation Round.
Two club representatives from each of our 34 Junior League clubs were
recognised at a pre-game function at the Illawarra Steelers club, with 27 of
the 34 clubs participating in a Junior League relay at half-time. The relay
involved players from the under 8s and under 9s of each club, with 162
children taking part.
Thanks to St George Bank, all Under 10s tackle teams in our catchment will
have the opportunity to partake in a match day opportunity, playing on either
WIN Stadium or Netstrata Jubilee Oval prior to an NRL fixture.
We would like to wish all our Junior League Clubs the best of luck for the
season ahead.

The relationship has been built on both organisations sharing similar missions to have positive impact on the communities we support.
The Disability Trust is committed to inclusion and choice, working within the communities they serve to support life-enhancing opportunities for everyone to live, work, and belong in an inclusive world.
Be sure to get along to WIN Stadium, Wollongong this Saturday to support The Disability Trust as our 50/50 Match Day Charity Raffle partner or if you cannot make the game purchase a ticket online.
