Sad News From Chicago Bears Today ….

ARIZONA — The Chicago Bears are currently in search of a new offensive coordinator, and a former Arizona Cardinals face could be the next leader of the offense.

After the Bears announced firings of essentially their entire offensive staff – which included OC Luke Getsy – Chicago moves forward with head coach Matt Eberflus and a vacancy to call plays in the Windy City.

That could potentially be Kliff Kingsbury.

The Athletic recently pieced together a list of coaching candidates to replace Getsy with Kingsbury making the cut:

“If the Bears are all in on Caleb Williams, then hiring Kingsbury would make sense. His experience with Williams could prove to be invaluable,” wrote Adam Jahns.

“Kingsbury’s NFL experience matters, too. He was fired by the Arizona Cardinals after four seasons as their head coach. But quarterback Kyler Murray was named to two Pro Bowls under his watch.
