Sad News From Kansas city Chiefs…

As the Kansas City Chiefs gear up for the wild card round against the Miami Dolphins, head coach Andy Reid addressed concerns about an impending winter storm that could impact the game to be played this Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Speaking at his weekly press conference on Tuesday, Reid downplayed the significance of weather conditions affecting their preparations, despite a winter storm being forecasted.

The head coach went on saying, “And if it works out that way for you or whatever.

I don’t know how to quantify that. You know, so I just say get ready for the game. Let’s do that. We’re not having a snowball fight.”

Reid’s lighthearted remark about not having a snowball fight elicited laughter from the press, emphasizing his focus on the game itself rather than external factors.

The clash on Saturday night at Arrowhead Stadium is anticipated to be one of the coldest games in its history, adding an extra layer of complexity to the matchup.

In other developments, Reid provided updates on the team’s roster.

Left tackle Donovan Smith, absent for the last five games due to a stinger, is expected to make his return.

Reid expressed confidence in Smith’s comeback, stating, “Barring any setbacks, he should be fine for [Saturday’s] game.”

The Chiefs face some injury concerns as receiver Justyn Ross (hamstring) will miss Tuesday’s practice, while cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (calf) and receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring) are set to return to practice after missing sessions last week.

Despite Bryan Cook not expected to return from injured reserve, Reid praised Skyy Moore’s progress.

The team will release its first injury report of the week later on Tuesday as they aim to navigate challenges on their journey to another Super Bowl title.
