GREEN BAY

Sad News From Green Bay Parkers as Jordan Love ……

Earlier this week, a statewide radio clown donned a New York Jets’ No 8 jersey — which is Aaron Rodgers’ new number — and asked Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur to sign it.

LaFleur reportedly said, “Nobody wants to see that.”

The Green Bay Packers have been criticised for their handling of the Aaron Rodgers situation with the quarterback looking close to leaving the team.

Bolden was taken to a Green Bay hospital and released Sunday morning. The Patriots said that Bolden would travel home with the team today and that their joint practices with Tennessee this week were canceled.

“We thank the medical staff at Aurora Bay Medical Center for their overnight evaluations, as well as the Patriots and Packers medical staffs for their immediate on-field response and care in transporting Isaiah,” the Patriots said in a statement Sunday morning.

Here’s the good, bad and ugly from New England’s win.

The Packers gave Love a clean pocket, which he stepped into and fired a dart to Reed — who had a step on veteran safety Shaun Wade. Reed hauled in the pass at the 5, slipped Wade’s tackle and scored.

“It was a great route by J-Reed,” Love said. “It’s what we call a through route. It was man coverage. It was sticky coverage, but he won inside.

“It was pretty much just running away from the DB and there was a backer that was kinda out in front of him, so I just held onto it for a little bit, let him just continue to run through that second window and he made a great play at the end, just being able to bounce off that DB and get in the end zone, so it was a great route by him.”

Love finished the night 5-of-8 for 83 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. His quarterback rating was 137.0.

In two preseason games, Love is now 12-of-18 for 129 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for a passer rating of 124.5.

“He’s been doing a lot of good things,” Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said of Love. “I think the thing I’ve been really pleased with, and I think you guys have probably seen it too is his command, his confidence back there and some of the things he’s doing and how he’s leading our football team. I’m very excited for him.”
