SAD NEWS: Cincinnati Bengals announced that Jake Browning is leaving immediately after facing…

The Pro Football Writer’s Association named Cincinnati’s Jordan Battle to its 2023 All-Rookie team this week.
The Bengals safety took over a starting role as the season went along and ended up as PFF’s highest-graded rookie safety overall (82.5 grade).
All in all, Battle posted 71 tackles, two sacks, one interception, and five pass breakups as a rookie. He’ll look to build on that success in 2024.
It’s huge,” Pitcher said. “There are a lot of people in this profession that I respect who have great perspective who have reached out to me and almost to a person their advice is, ‘When you have an elite quarterback you hang on as long as you can,’ and we have that here.
Not only is he an elite player, but I’ve gotten to know him so well as a person. He’s a special person.”
Burrow praised Pitcher as well and was clearly excited about the hire.
It’s nice to see. I knew that he felt that way. I love Joe.
We’ve been tied at the hip from the moment he came into this building. I couldn’t ask for a more ideal situation,” Pitcher said.
“He’s different. They don’t make many like him, and to get to continue working with him day in and day out, knowing that we have a guy that can win us a World Championship it’s hard to put a price in that.
The Bengals are hoping that Pitcher can help take their offense to new heights.
