Heart breaking news: The Pigeon forge driver and his families involved in auto crash minutes ago.

Pigeon Forge lost against Unicoi County back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday.

The Pigeon Forge Tigers came up short against the Unicoi County Blue Devils, falling 35-14. The loss was the Tigers’ first of the season.

Pigeon Forge’s defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary.

they snagged three passes before it was all said and done.

Ayden Hood picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown.

Unicoi County can attribute much of their success to Kolby Jones, who rushed for 54 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 150 yards and a touchdown on only 13 passes. 85 of those passing yards were hauled in by Garrett Sellars.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pigeon Forge fell to 2-1. As for Unicoi County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Pigeon Forge will challenge Grainger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Unicoi County, they will square off against Sullivan East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Both are at an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2014.

Unicoi County won the last time they faced Pigeon Forge, and things went their way on Friday too.

The Unicoi County Blue Devils put the hurt on the Pigeon Forge Tigers with a sharp 35-14 victory.

The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.
