SAD NEWS: Dallas Cowboys Lost One Of Their Talented ace Today due to the NFL Report……..

Former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Tony Hutson died earlier this month, according to multiple reports. He was 49.

Hutson, who played for the Cowboys in the late 1990s after going undrafted in 1996, died more than a month before his 50th birthday, according to an obituary posted online.

The two-time NAIA All-American guard out of Northeastern State went undrafted in the 1996 NFL Draft after a benign tumor was found on his right lung during the combine.

The tumor was removed, but it’s discovery had impacted his draft stock.

“A lot of teams thought it was cancer, so that scared them off, but it all turned out fine,” Hutson told The Oklahoman in an article published that year.

“While I was lying in my hospital bed, recovering from surgery, I got a call from my agent who had talked to Dallas, so we decided to sign with the Cowboys. It’s great to be with a winning team.

I’m excited and honored to be back with a great organization,” Zimmer said, via ESPN.

“I’m thrilled to work with Mike McCarthy, for whom I have had a ton of respect in our NFC North days, and to do anything I can do to help the Joneses and the Cowboys.”

Zimmer’s hire comes shortly after Rex Ryan, the former head coach of the New York Jets (2009-2014) and Buffalo Bills (2015-2016), pushed back on Zimmer’s reported Dallas hiring during an appearance on ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown” pregame show ahead of Super Bowl LVII.

Ryan was a candidate who also interviewed for the Dallas defensive coordinator vacancy, and mere seconds after ESPN’s Adam Schefter went through a detailed, on-air report about the Cowboys choosing Zimmer, Ryan disputed Schefter’s reporting.
