Bobby McMann has re-signed with the Toronto Maple Leafs to a two-year contract extension, the team announced today. The deal has an average yearly value of $1.35 million.
During the 2023–24 season, McMann, 27, has played in 40 games for the Maple Leafs and has 18 points (10 goals, 8 assists). In 50 NHL games with the Maple Leafs, the product of Wainwright, Alberta, has amassed 19 points (10 goals, 9 assists), while in 118 AHL games with the Toronto Marlies, he has racked up 71 points (49 goals, 22 assists).
McMann scored 92 points (37G, 55A) in 145 career NCAA games with Colgate University before going pro. In the 2019–20 season, McMann captained the team and was selected to the NCAA (ECAC) Third All-Star Team in
2018-19.
The 6’2, 210-pound forward originally joined the Maple Leafs organization as a free agent on April 2, 2020.
