The midseason trade acquisition from the previous season is returning to the Detroit Lions.

Wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones and the Lions agreed to a one-year contract for up to $2 million on Saturday, according to Bleacher Report.

Peoples-Jones was acquired by the Lions for a 2025 fifth-round pick during the trade deadline of the previous year from the Cleveland Browns.

Josh Reynolds is a free agent without restrictions. He was the Lions’ No. 2 and 3 receiver in the previous campaign.

Leading receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Kalif Raymond, and Antoine Green are all back for the Lions from the previous campaign. They might still try to address the draft stance.
