Tom Jones Announces New Album Release And World Tour For…

Welsh crooner Tom Jones has one big plan for his funeral already in place.
The Voice mentor is still going strong aged 84, and has no plans to stop performing.
But he has made a pact over his funeral for when the time comes.
His long-time friend comedian Jimmy Tarbuck revealed earlier this year that the pair entered into a pact that when one of them passes away, the other will perform at their funeral.
The Scouse entertainer and Welsh pop icon have been friends for around 50 years.
Now both aged 84, they’ve decided to make arrangements for their final farewells.
He is a great friend and is still the best singer of them all today.
He still gets women throwing their knickers at him.
What will I get thrown at me if I sing at his funeral?
The ‘Delilah’ hitmaker expressed his shock in his 2016 autobiography ‘Over The Top and Back’, writing.
“To say I was shocked is to put it mildly. But my shock wasn’t about the fact they had replaced me.
My shock was about the way they did it.”
Acknowledging that no one can consider themselves a permanent fixture, Sir Tom revealed that when his management questioned the BBC’s decision, they were simply told he was “out of contract”.
He lamented, “Indisputable as a bald statement of fact, I guess.
But what a cold place the BBC is. Sometimes you wonder whether it is run by humans or a machine in the basement.”
