Decades BREAKING Surprises: Timberwolves win ‘first playoff series’..

The Minnesota Timberwolves came roaring back to dominate in the fourth quarter and complete the sweep against the Phoenix Suns, after winning Game 4 of the first-round playoff series by a score of 122-116.

In the first quarter, both teams came out trying to set the tone by attacking the rim, but they neutralized each other generating an entertaining first period for the fans but with a one-point lead for the Suns at 26-25.

In the second quarter Phoenix took control. Devin Booker and Kevin Durant started to emerge and whether it was mid-range shots or from long distance, the Suns appeared to have control of the game going into the half. They held a 61-56 lead.

But things changed little by little as Anthony Edwards started his show with the collaboration of Karl Anthony Towns. Edwards ended playing nearly 41 minutes during Game 4. The T-Wolves came within three points heading into the fourth on the road.

In the fourth quarter Minnesota completely dominated the Suns after key buckets by Edwards and Anthony Towns set the tone for the remainder of the game, especially after playing good defense that obligated Phoenix to try desperation shots that didn’t go in.

The T-Wolves will wait to see who their next opponent will be.
