Based on D1Softball’s most recent bracketology forecasts, Mizzou Softball is still scheduled to host a regional this weekend, as they prepare for their final SEC series of the regular season at South Carolina. The other teams predicted to go the Columbia Regional are No. 2 Northwestern, No. 3 Southern Illinois, and No. 4 Eastern Illinois.

As they get ready for their final SEC series of the regular season at South Carolina, Mizzou Softball is still set to host a regional this weekend, according to the most recent bracketology estimates from D1Softball. No. 2 Northwestern, No. 3 Southern Illinois, and No. 4 Eastern Illinois are the three teams that are expected to advance to the Columbia Regional.

Additionally, Eli Drinkwitz has added Georgia Tech defensive lineman Eddie Kelly and Michigan linebacker Jeremiah Beasley to Mizzou’s transfer portal haul.

Eddie Kelly is the most recent to pledge to Mizzou Football, carrying on Eli Drinkwitz and the staff’s transfer portal success.

Head Coach Eli Drinkwitz is continuing Mizzou’s transfer portal haul as the calendar turns to May. Two Power Five transfers, both on the defensive end, committed to Mizzou football today.

Kelly participated in 11 games as a true freshman at South Florida, where he began his collegiate career. After moving to Georgia Tech in the ACC to compete in the Power Five this past season, Kelly finished his sophomore campaign with 38 total tackles, making at least one tackle in each of his 17 games. At Ole Miss, Kelly recorded his first career sack, and at Clemson, he recorded a career-high four solo tackles. (Figures from the official Georgia Tech football website)

Kelly was a three-star recruit out of high school before this. Rivals rates him as a three-star (246th nationwide) in the transfer portal.
