Breaking News: Josh Heupel lovely wife in a terrible car accident today that Leads to…..

Knoxville is just a great place to be to grab outstanding food of all varieties.
Fancy, southern, steaks, Tex-Mex, BBQ, you name it.
There’s something for the taste of everyone somewhere in town.
In case you were wondering if you’d ever bump into Josh Heupel while out for dinner, there is a place where you’d probably be more likely to find him at.
Heupel sat down with Barrett Sallee of Outkick, and the conversation turned from football to food at the very end when Sallee asked him to name his favorite restaurant in town.
“Man, there’s a bunch. From barbecue to soul food,” Heupel said before answering more definitively.
“J.C. Holdway. Great restaurant downtown.”
J.C. Holdway, which is located on Union Street in downtown Knoxville, opened in September 2016.
According to its website, it features a dinner menu updated daily covering a wide range of entrees, smaller plates, and appetizers with a southern touch.
However, Sallee didn’t let Heupel off the hook without discussing the true food of the South: barbecue.
Sallee asked the Vols’ head coach if he agrees with him that in his opinion, the worse (or more basic) the presentation, the better the barbecue.
“Bare bones, right?” Heupel responded. “Cut the meat.
A little bread on the side. Get some onions, pickles, and let’s go.
There’s a lot of truth to that. I’ll buy it.
