Toombs County High School safety Lagonza Hayward comes off the board this weekend.

He’ll commit to Florida, Georgia, or Tennessee, as he omitted the South Carolina Gamecocks from his final list.

He ranks as the No. 100 prospect in the 2025 class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings, and is the No. 4 uncommitted safety.

Hayward has been high on the Tennessee Volunteers for a long time, as they were his first scholarship offer.

Tennessee was his leader for quite some time, but official visit season caused many twists and turns at the top of his recruitment.

The talented defender tallied 48 tackles, three for loss, and three interceptions during his junior campaign.

He can play safety in college or grow into a linebacker at the next level.

Hayward measures 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds.

The game features all 134 Football Bowl Subdivision teams and allows fans to play as some of their favorite college athletes with the help of NIL-friendly NCAA rules.

Players can customize their avatars, compete in various game modes and experience the thrill of college football.

Tennessee’s rivals in the game are Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

“To be in a game that everyone is talking about right now … it’s honestly crazy,” defensive lineman Daevin Hobbs said.

“Growing up, I was just always looking forward to the next Madden, but then here comes this new NCAA game.”
