The Swifties in London may not have loved her nod to American football that interrupted her hit song, “You Belong With Me.”
The timing of her intimate gesture to the fan almost seemed like a reference to Kelce, as she stopped when the song went: “
And she’ll never know your story rest of the song, like many Taylor Swift classics, now sounds like it was a premonition about dating the star NFL player.
“She’s Cheer Captain, and I’m on the bleachers / Dreaming about the day when you wake up and find / That what you’re looking for has been here the whole time,” the lyrics go.
The video, posted by a TikTok user named Andrea from the sold out show in London’s Wembley Stadium, now has over 20,000 likes.
“MOST AMAZING NIGHT EVER!!!” she wrote in the caption in disbelief.
“I thought she might like my hat choice,” Andrea teases at the beginning, before revealing the one-of-a-kind piece of Chiefs headwear in a picture at the end of the post.
It was a black hat featuring Kansas City’s iconic red arrowhead logo, but taken to the next level.
It was hand-stitched with emblems representing Swift and Kelce’s love, such as a pink heart and a pair of red lips.
Embroidered in the shape of a friendship bracelet, it read “Super Bowl LVIII Champions” underneath the Chiefs logo.
