Tragic Loss: Los Angeles Lakers power forward LeBron James involved in car crash accident that Leads to…..

When he first arrived at Los Angeles Lakers to coach the team, JJ Redick wasn’t considered to be a major tactical genius and most of us still think he needs to prove himself.
As soon as he arrived, there were decisions that made Lakers fans question his arrival such as bringing Bronny James to the fold during the NBA Draft.
During the offseason, Redick has already made some more modifications that may get some scratching their heads.
Keep in mind that Redick has never coached at the highest level before, he is very much trying almost everything for the first time.
The Lakers’ leadership know this is a little bit of a gamble but they were willing to take the risk.
In a new report from Los Angeles Times, JJ Redick has made the decision to focus specifically in player development moving forward.
He will be very specific about each of the players that are in the roster, Redick is preparing s pecific program for each one of them given that the team lacks resources to sign established NBA stars.
For now, Redick will have to focus on what he has on the team and this will give him an opportunity to get to know his younger players a lot more.
With that in mind, Redick will focus on developing the younger players like Max Christia, Dalton Knecht, Jalen Hood-Schifino, Maxwell Lewis, and Bronny James.
