Parramatta Eels

Unbelievable News: Mitchell Moses was just confirmed dead in a car cr…..

Castleford Tigers have signed Parramatta Eels back Zac Cini.

The 24-year-old, who plays as a centre or winger, will arrive on a two-year deal.

Cini is a product of the Penrith Panthers youth system but made his National Rugby League debut for Wests Tigers in 2021.

After playing four matches in total that season, Cini was released and joined New South Wales Cup side Newtown, before linking up with Parramatta’s NSW Cup side.

Brisbane Broncos will wonder where that kind of performance has been all season as they swept away North Queensland Cowboys.

They come into this refreshed on the back of their bye week and they will hope to go back-to-back against a struggling Parramatta Eels outfit.

The away side have won just one of their last nine and they are unlikely to improve on that record here with Brisbane able to make it four successive victories against Parramatta.

Maika Sivo and Kelma Tuilagi were both on the bench last week but have been promoted to the starting 13 here having done enough to prove their fitness following injuries.

Wiremu Greig is suspended so Shaun Lane will play at the unfamiliar position of prop.

Brendan Hands 10. Shaun Lane 11. Kelma Tuilagi 12. Bryce Cartwright 13. Joe Ofahengaue Bench: 14. Joey Lussick 15. Makahesi Makatoa 16
