Tragic Loss: Luton Town Key Player involved in car cr…

But this year is different, I’m actually glad that there is a break as, for once, we need time to reflect and work out a plan forward.

Just a solitary 1 point from the 12 available is not the start I, or many others, anticipated would occur.

But it has, and the international break gives us the perfect opportunity to reset and go again, looking towards the forty-two games left to produce a run to get promoted.

Our poor start has seen many a gripe from the support, many have questioned as to whether we need to adjust our game plan.

Many are of the opinion that playing a back-three isn’t working, suggesting that other coaches have sussed us out and the inference is that we should switch to a flat back-four.

My view is that it would tighten up the defence, giving us proper defensive cover on the flanks whilst also, hopefully, cutting out the long through balls that have troubled us so much.

I’d also like to see more variety when it comes to corners and set-pieces, surely there are others, apart from Alfie Doughty, that are capable of delivering the ball into the box and offer some variety!

I’ve just touched on two aspects of our play that I reckon need changing or adjusting, but what are your feelings on the subject matter?
