Sad News: San Francisco 49ers head coach announce the death of greatest player ever, confirmed dead in a Car Cr…

Left tackle Trent Williams briefly left the 49ers game late in the first half on Sunday and went to the locker room before halftime.
The 49ers quickly reported it was for cramps, with Williams needing an intravenous (IV) injection at the half.
Williams also left the Week 1 matchup against the New York Jets to get an IV.
When Williams returned to the lineup to start the second half, Fox sideline reporter Khristina Pink offered some further context from a pregame conversation she had with Williams.
I talked to Trent in warmups about the effects of his holdout, not getting a training camp, and he told me, ‘Honestly, it’s been extremely hard,’” Pink recalled from her conversation with Williams.
“He said, ‘This is uncharted water for me having no camp and going in season.’”
Pink added that Williams is leaning on his wisdom and experience from his 15 seasons in the NFL, but said Williams pointed out that in-season practices “just aren’t as strenuous.”
Williams skipped all of training camp and the preseason, not joining the 49ers in Santa Clara until the Tuesday before the regular season.
The 49ers gave the restructured contract he was seeking, getting nearly $50 million guaranteed.
No one questioned whether Williams deserved the money, either.
But it seems pretty clear that the holdout and abridged buildup has clearly impacted Williams.
According to football analytics website Pro Football Focus (PFF), Williams’ 75.2 pass-blocking grade for the two 2024 games entering Sunday is his lowest since his rookie season back in 2010.
