Report: The Louisville key player is been suspended from all sports for placing a bets against…..

U of L now has five commitments on the offensive side of the ball, including Oxford, Ala., quarterback Mason Mims, Buford, Ga., wide receiver Jordan Allen, North Oldham offensive lineman Gradey Anthony, West Palm Beach, Fla., running back Jaylin Brown, and Wapakoneta, Ohio, tight end Grant Houser.
On the defensive side of the ball, it’s a total of seven for the Cardinals, including Burrus and Hazzard, along with Male High cornerback Antonio Harris, Ironton, Ohio, safety Josh Johnson, Cincinnati Moeller safety Micah Rice, Ryle High School defensive lineman Dillon Smith, and Palmetto, Fla., linebacker Caleb Matelau.
The staff is closing in on wrapping up the class. Brohm typically likes to have the class finished by the middle of July each year.
There’s no firm number that the Cardinals will take in the class but the thought around the program has been anywhere between 15 and 18 prospects in the ’25 class.
Brohm and his staff took 18 in the first year on the job, in the ’23 class, but only took 14 in the latest cycle of the ’24 class.
Louisville has hosted a total of 24 official visitors this month and seven of those prospects are still uncommitted.
Cardinal Authority has confirmed that Louisville is still actively recruiting six prospects in the ’25 class that have pending decisions.
Here’s a closer look at those six prospects and where things stand with each of them.
