Rest in Peace: A Plane Crash Claims the Lives of Two of the Pigeon Forge Best Drivers…

The Pigeon Forge Police Department shared that officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on Veterans Boulevard around 8:10 p.m. on Saturday.
Police Chief Richard Catlett shared that two vehicles ran over the pedestrian, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Hundreds gathered in Pigeon Forge Saturday for the Walk to Make Alzheimer’s a Memory.
The event was aimed at raising money for Alzheimer’s Tennessee at Pigeon Forge High School.
Families, teams and individuals gathered for the mile-long walk, donating towards the cause.
The event also featured a special guest: national champion pitcher and Pigeon Forge native Dylan Loy.
“The community surrounding this event, I mean, I grew up around here; this community is a great community,” he said. “Just to see the turnout just today, it’s incredible.
