LIVE UPDATES: Ole Miss Plays Georgia in 2024’s Last Road Game
On Wednesday night, the Ole Miss Rebels will take their basketball team to Athens to play the Georgia Bulldogs.
It will be the Ole Miss Rebels men’s basketball team’s last road game of the 2024 season when they take on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens on Tuesday night.
After starting February with a 1-6 record, the Rebels are hoping to end the regular season on a slight winning streak after a close victory over the Missouri Tigers on the road. Ole Miss will have a successful season in Chris Beard’s first year as head coach, but the Rebels are no longer expected to make the tournament after a few crushing defeats since conference play started.
The Rebels need to win in order to have any chance of making the postseason; thankfully for Ole Miss, the Bulldogs have dropped their last three games.

1H U16 — After a Jaemyn Brakefield foul, Georgia was awarded the opening tip and scored first on two free throws. At the game’s first media break, Ole Miss is down Georgia 8-4 despite two dunks by Moussa Cisse putting the Rebels ahead.
1H U12 — At the U12 timeout, the Rebels are down the Bulldogs 11–6, and they are having trouble on both ends of the court. In the previous six minutes, Ole Miss has made just one of its last eight field goal tries and committed four turnovers.
