Rick Hendrick Death Was Confirmed By The Doctor few minutes ago…..
When he’s not at the racetrack on the pit box of one of his four full-time Cup Series cars, Rick Hendrick is a car guru with a litany of high-dollar automobiles.
The owner of Hendrick Motorsports and car dealer has given fans an inside look at his car collection in the past.
Hendrick’s first car was a 1931 Chevrolet in cherry red color.
The champion NASCAR owner was only 13 years old when he paid $250 for the automobile in 1963.
The car was restored years later and given to Hendrick as a 40th birthday present.
Hendrick also owns a 1963 black Corvette, the first of his Corvette collection.
The 14-time Cup Series champion owner has the car on display in the Heritage Center located in Concord, North Carolina.
Hendrick bought the car in 1971 and took his wife, Linda, on the couple’s first date behind the wheel of the car.
Later on, Hendrick and his wife sold the car to help pay for his first car dealership.
However, Hendrick found the car in 2000 and returned it to his possession.
He and Linda took the old-school automobile for a spin in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Hendrick also owns a few cars that were once owned by celebrities and athletes. One of those is a 1967 red and black Corvette, once owned by the late singer Roy Orbison.
