She helped The Baggies to record a ninth-place finish. Jones made 12 appearances for West Bromwich Albion in all competitions.

He was in the hot-seat for over 260 games, averaging 1.38 points per game. Since then, he has managed the likes of Hull City and had stints in the Premier League with Newcastle United and Aston Villa, with his most recent job being with West Bromwich Albion back in 2022.

League One will not be easy to get out of with some brilliant teams in the third tier. Bruce’s experience may give them the edge over some of their rivals though. The same can be said for Mowbray, who looked to be on the verge of turning things around before he was forced to relinquish control. Hopefully, the 60-year-old can return but if not, the Blues’ former manager may be the next best option.
