HE MAY NOT PLAY AGAIN: Chicago Bears Key Player Set To Surffer Career Injury…

After missing two practices this week, Bears tight end Cole Kmet could still play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

The same can’t be said for wide receiver Darnell Mooney.

Mooney remains in the concussion protocol and is out for the game on the Friday injury report.

As a result, the Bears will need to lean heavily on rookie Tyler Scott, second-year receiver Velus Jones Jr. and Equanimeous St. Brown.

Kmet suffered a knee injury in the second quarter against the Arizona Cardinals after he had four catches for a career-high 107 yards.

Kmet missed Wednesday and Thursday practices but was able to go through a partial practice on Friday.

The Bears have listed him as questionable for the game. He has never missed a game in four seasons.
