HE RETIRED from the Eagles…Beginning a future at Wrestlemania 40

Retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, a franchise legend, has reportedly been approached by WWE for a potential appearance at WrestleMania 40, the biggest event of the year for the wrestling organization.
According to a report from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, WWE has reached out to Kelce about potentially making an appearance at the two-night event, which will take place at the Eagles’ home venue, Lincoln Financial Field, this weekend.
It’s not unusual for WWE to bring in well-known athletes for major events like WrestleMania. In the past, they have featured athletes such as Rob Gronkowski and Lawrence Taylor.
Gronkowski was involved in a confrontation with Jinder Mahal at WrestleMania 33, while Taylor faced Bam Bam Bigelow in the main event of WrestleMania 11.
Kelce, who recently retired after a 13-year career with the Eagles, led Philadelphia to a Super Bowl 52 championship in the 2017 season. He is a seven-time Pro Bowler and a six-time First-team All-Pro.
With such an impressive career in football, it’s no surprise that WWE would be interested in having him make an appearance at WrestleMania.
In addition to the WWE opportunity, Kelce has plenty of post-NFL career options. His popularity extends beyond the football field due to his humor and charisma, similar to former NFL player Rob Gronkowski.
This opens up various possibilities for Kelce as he transits into life after football.
