The Arkansas Razorbacks are hopeful to jump back on the right track after a very disappointing season last year.

They have many new pieces and additions to both the offensive side of the ball and the defensive side of the ball.

However, one player will determine the destiny of the Arkansas Razorbacks in my opinion.

As many of you likely guessed the player is a new addition and in a very important position.

That player is former Boise State Quarterback and newest Quarterback addition for the Razorbacks Taylen Green.

Green spent last season with the Broncos as he threw for 11 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.

However, the biggest factor is how great of a runner he is as he had 9 rushing touchdowns last season.

The season before he threw for 14 touchdowns and 6 interceptions as well as running for 10 touchdowns.

He is replacing long-time starting quarterback KJ Jefferson who transferred away to go play with the Central Florida Knights.

Jefferson also could tuck the ball and run… so to get a QB similar to him isn’t the exact worst thing.

I think Green will play the biggest factor as we can all agree the wide receivers that he will be working with aren’t exactly the best.

He will have to make some things work however he does have an Ace in his back pocket by the name of Coach Bobby Petrino.

We all know Petrino is a QB whisperer so that will only help Green’s game more and more.
