Damonic Williams, a junior transfer defensive tackle from TCU Horned Frogs, is Texas football’s unquestionably top priority target in the NCAA Transfer Portal this spring. The defensive lineman who was named Honorable Mention All-Big 12 is one of the most sought-after players in the gateway during the spring window, and he is in great need of a position.

According to a report by Texas Football’s Gerry Hamilton on April 28, LSU is now seen as Texas and Oklahoma’s greatest threat in this portal recruitment. Williams is LSU’s biggest priority this spring at defensive tackle in the portal.
Williams is said to be anticipated to make a decision following the conclusion of his visit to Baton Rouge in the coming days. A midweek announcement on May 1 or 2 seems like a reasonable timeframe.
