Jordan gained notoriety by founding his own company from the ground up and coaching some of the best pass rushers in the National Football League. In 2022, Jordan was hired by former Michigan State coach Mel Tucker to serve as the team’s pass rush specialist. Jordan only played for the Spartans for one season before moving on to the Seahawks to play the same position.

Jordan, a native of New Orleans, played overseas before attending Missouri S&T and Ouachita Baptist. After working at McKendree University, Austin Peay, and John Ehret High School in Louisiana, he started his own training organisation, Brandon Jordan Trench Performance, in 2018. He started his college coaching career at Missouri S&T in 2012. Before joining the Michigan State staff, he taught over 200 active NFL players, including Von Miller, Cameron Heyward, Jadeveon Clowney, and Rashan Gary.
