College Football Players in the 2023–24 Transfer Portal

Dec. 4 marks the formal opening of the college football transfer site for 2023–24, allowing athletes to officially register and consider their options. The first window is available for 30 days, with an extension until January 3rd. In addition, bowl game participants have five days following the contest to access the portal. The second transfer window is open from May 1 until May 15.

Over the coming weeks, a sizable round of player turnover from every FBS team is anticipated. Throughout the offseason, Athlon Sports will update our player tracker to reflect all of the movements. This exhaustive list encompasses players who are transferring from FBS programs in addition to FCS (or lower division) players who are attracting interest from the FBS level.
