HE MAY NOT PLAY AGAIN…

Iowa Hawkeyes defeated Rutgers 103-69 for their 12th straight win.

Iowa currently sits at 15-1 on the season and is undefeated so far at 4-0 in Big Ten action.

Looking into the game, Caitlin Clark led Iowa on the night with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists for her 14th career triple-double.

That marked her 51st game with 25+ points, 5+ assists, and 5+ rebounds which marks an NCAA best.

The senior also has scored 20+ points in 101 career games which is the most ever in Iowa history.

Clark also now has 74 consecutive games where she has made a three-pointer which marks another NCAA best.

Kate Martin was behind Clark in scoring with 17 points, seven rebounds, and five assists while Gabbie Marshall knocked down 12 points on the night.

Hannah Stuelke and Sydney Affolter each had 10 points as Affolter pulled down 10 boards for a double-double.

On the opposite end, the Scarlett Knights were led in the game by Kassondra Brown with 12 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double.

Chyna Cornwell was right with her as she knocked down 12 points and pulled in six rebounds.

Mya Petticord came in clutch with 12 points on the night to help out in scoring for Rutgers.

Last but not least, Lisa Thompson and Destiny Adams finished off scoring with 11 points each. Rutgers shot just 37.1% from the field while going 5-23 from the perimeter.

Iowa has now won five straight games against Rutgers in the series history.

To top off that stat, the Hawkeyes are seeing their best start since the 1995-96 season when they last started 15-1 overall and are on to the best start under head coach Lisa Bluder.

While the Hawkeyes are leading multiple categories, they are on a 12-game winning streak, marking a Big Ten best.

The Hawkeyes will take on Purdue in their next game on January 10th at 7:00 p.m. in West Lafayette.
