Cincinnati Bengals

BREAKING NEWS: Geno Stone stolen away by Bengals..

The Bengals stole former Ravens safety Geno Stone away in free agency this offseason and his old teammate, Marlon Humphrey had some fun with the news on his latest podcast.

“I’m like dang this dude really went to the Bengals like this is a weird thing. Like, you know, you don’t really realize how the division really is until to like your homie, my guy, goes to the ops, like Geno’s called Me like, ‘Bro ate dinner with the boys last night Joe Burrow and all the guys.’ I’m like, ‘Oh nice.” I’m like really happy for him and then it’s every time I get happy, it’s like, bro but you’re with the Bengals now.”

Humphrey and Stone had been defensive running mates since Stone entered the league in 2021. Now, they are on opposite sides of the division as Cincinnati tries to win its third AFC North title in the past four seasons this fall.

The Bengals might’ve signed Trent Brown last week to help solidify their offensive line, but that doesn’t mean they won’t address the trenches in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

A trench pick at No. 18 is by far the most likely selection. What’s the percentage chance they address the trenches? What about tight end, cornerback or wide receiver?
