It looked like Steve Clinkscale would stay in Ann Arbor, but things are changing in the coaching world. Steve Clinkscale reportedly changed his mind after initially telling players he would stay in Ann Arbor, and will now stay that way when he leaves for the NFL to join Jim Harbaugh on the Los Angeles Chargers.
Harbaugh approached Clinkscale in 2021 after courting him for a while and staying.
with him seemed to be a priority for Moore. Moore must now find a new defensive coach to work with new defensive coordinator Wink Martindale.
Moore currently has four assistant coaching positions to fill, and Mike Hart’s future is also still uncertain.
