The forward, 33, was appearing as a pundit on Sky Sports during Fulham’s League Cup semi-final clash with Liverpool at Craven Cottage.Phillips, 28, is set to join the Hammers on loan until the end of the season, with David Moyes’ side agreeing to cover his £140,000 a week wages in full.
